Cauli Roast with Cashew & Herb Stuffing (Vegan) | VIC
Our handmade Vegan Cauli Roasts are filled inside with a flavoursome cashew and herb mixture. They are a great alternative to meat roasts and simple to prepare. Unlike many "plant based fake meats" in the market, our Cauli Roasts are made from fresh, simple ingredients and contain no hidden nasties!
We work closely with local farmers to select the best quality cauliflowers. Our Vegan Cauli Roasts are quite generous in size (can feed up to 4 people)
They are perfect as a main dish served with a salad or rice and a squeeze of lemon OR as a side to accompany any meal. Any left overs can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and used throughout the week in pastas or lunch salads.
We make our Cauli Roast’s fresh weekly, so if you live within a 40k radius of Melbourne CBD and would like to order our Cauli Roast Please see our delivery days below:
