Everyone deserves access to tasty, affordable and nutritious alternatives to highly processed food. Unfortunately many people do not consume enough vegetables in their diet and with todays busy lifestyles it can be challenging to meet the recommended daily vegetable intake.
In creating new recipes and innovative snacks, Bianca and Farren found a veggie that stood out from the rest - cauliflower for is versatility and nutrients.
Curiously Cauli have made consuming veggies easier by using excess Aussie cauliflowers to create delicious, nutritious vegetable based snacks for everyone to enjoy!
Cauliflower is considered one of the worlds healthiest foods. It is exceptionally rich in immune-boosting antioxidants and properties to assist inflammation and gut health. Cauliflower is also a good source of vitamin C and B-complex such as folates, B5, B1, B6 B3 and high in fibre - which helps promote digestive health.
Our crackers are gluten free, nut free, soy free and made from 33% vegetable. They also contain 30% less carbohydrates than similar crackers in the market, with no added sugar, artificial flavours and preservatives.
A serving of vegetable equates to 75g of fresh vegetable. Over 45g of fresh cauliflower goes into every packet of our crackers.
Curiously Cauli dips are the first in the market to be made of a cauliflower base which is naturally low in fat, sugar and gluten free. Our products use 100% Australian cauliflower, Vegan, contain no GM foods, no added sugar, no artificial colours or flavours and are made in a fully gluten free facility.

Our Super Seed Cauli Crispbread is the first in the market to be made from a base of
cauliflower and 5 seeds - nothing else! The combination of mixed seeds and
cauliflower make our crispbread very low in carbohydrate and low GI. A packet
of our Cauli crispbread contains 1.5 serves of vegetable. They are packed with
nutrients, gluten free, vegan, nut free, high in protein and fibre.
Cauliflower has more vitamin C than an orange. One serving of cauliflower contains 77% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C. Cauliflower also contains Choline; an important and versatile "vitamin-like factor" that helps with sleep, muscle movement, learning and memory.
Along with cauliflower we also love our avocados! We use cold pressed avocado oil in all of our crackers and have partnered with local, sustainable Aussie and New Zealand growers to source our oil.
